Community Guidelines

Wimai is a supportive, inclusive space built by a mother, for families. These guidelines help keep our community safe, kind, and inspiring for every soul who joins.

By creating an account and participating in the network — posting in the Circle, listing an event, publishing a blog article, messaging another member, or leaving a review — you agree to follow these guidelines. We ask everyone to read them carefully.

Be Kind & Supportive

Treat every soul with empathy and respect. We come from different backgrounds, cultures, and circumstances — celebrate that diversity rather than judge it.

Communicate with Care

Use welcoming, constructive language. No harassment, bullying, shaming, or personal attacks — in posts, comments, reviews, or private messages.

Respect Privacy

Never share another member’s personal information (address, phone, private photos) without their explicit consent. What’s shared in confidence stays in confidence.

Keep It Family-Safe

No explicit, violent, or unlawful content. This is a space for mothers, children, and families — keep all public content appropriate for a broad audience.

Authentic Content Only

Share genuine experiences and real work. No spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or fraudulent services. Represent your skills and offerings honestly.

No Hate or Discrimination

Racism, sexism, xenophobia, ableism, religious intolerance, and discrimination of any kind have no place here. Every soul deserves to feel she belongs.

Report Responsibly

Use the in-app report tool when something genuinely violates these guidelines. Do not weaponize reports against people you simply disagree with.

Respect the Community Decision

Moderation decisions (hiding content, suspending access) exist to protect the space. Repeated violations lead to permanent removal from the network.

How to Report a Concern

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, here's how to help us respond quickly:

  1. 1Use the “Report” button found on any profile, post, comment, or event.
  2. 2Choose the reason that best matches the issue.
  3. 3Our team reviews every report, typically within 24 hours.
  4. 4You can also block any user directly from their profile — they won’t be able to see or contact you.

Our commitment: We review reports within 24 hours and act in line with Apple's App Store and Google Play requirements for user-generated content. Hidden content is removed from public view, and repeat offenders lose access to the community.
